Vendor Information

The fair will run from September 9th through September 13th, 2025, with breakdown day being September 14th.
Rental Agreements are due to the Fair Office by the end of the business day of the Friday of the week prior to the Fair (September 5, 2024). 50% deposit of total donation is required to reserve space.

$200.00 for an 8’ x 12’ space
Open Ground Area
$130.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space
$160.00 for 10’ x 20’ space
$350.00 for a 20’ x 20’ space
Electrical Outlet (if needed)
$20.00/each
